I have paid $60 for a citation (sale of tobacco products to minors) in 2004 in texas. do i need to mention this in my 485 application? does this effect my green card process?

Hi,
I was working with a company in H1-b visa, and after 3 years renewed our H1 and H4 with the same company,
and both got extended upto 30th September 2011 . Later, i have transfered our H1 and H4 to a new company
in January 2009, and H1 extended from 10th January 2009 to 4th January 2012. After 3 months H4 approved
from 1st October 2011 to 4th January 2012.In short, H1 approved from the applied date of the last H1 to
4th January 2012, but H4 approved from the expiration date + 1 day of the previous H4 to 4th January 2012.
Since, i'm with a new employer what is the status of the H4 now. Looking for your valuable suggestions.

On April 15, 2010, the Department of Homeland Security issued the USCIS �Annual Report on Characteristics of Specialty Occupation Workers (H-1B) for Fiscal Year 2009.� The summary reports on information including the countries of origin, occupations, education levels, and compensation paid to those who had approved H-1B petitions in FY 2009. The report includes the following facts: approximately 48 percent of all H-1B approved workers were born in India; 41 percent were for workers in computer-related occupations; and 41 percent were for workers with a bachelor�s degree and 40 percent had a master�s degree. Hi everyone,
I have come to this form for help of one thing: for a long time I know that when switching jobs using ac21 you need to make sure that the job code is same and job description is similar, i know from my approved 140&perm that mine is 15-1032 (computer engineer),
the job description of both company are 90% same.
But they know nothing about the job code and ask me what is this code and where this is used . Can somebody help me with this?
btw, my old job title is computer engineer, my new title is manager of computer system engineer. is that a problem ? if yes , if I asked them to demote that to computer system engineer leader, is it better?

Hi,
I have my labor certiifcation approved and currently filed for I-140.
I-140 is not approved yet.
I have an offer from another employer with very similar job profile.
My 6 yrs of H1 is getting over in 2010 summer.
My prioriy date is Dec/07.
What are my options
1) Can i change a job and keep same priority date(as job profile is very similar)
2) Do I have to start from zero again?If yes,how much time I have to get priority date assigned again(considering my H1 bgets over in 2010 summer?)
I will appreciate your comments

However my employer took the advantage of my immigration status and reduced my salary drastically . I am planning to change my employer after I receive my H1B extension. Now I have following questions
1. If I accept new job with other employer and transfer my H1B to new employer, by what time (months, years..) my new employer has to file PERM to continue my GC process?
2. What if my current employer cancels my I-140 when I moved to new employer? Still can I use that I-140 to port my priority date to new employer?
I can plan my future employment based on your response. Thanks for your time.

We can see more of these GC approvals and visa number allocation in September because USCIS and DOS have to use up all available visa numbers.
If not, we can see again about 10,000 visa numbers unused and wasted.
