Voters in meatpacking town Freemont, Nebraska have passed a referendum that bars the hiring of illegally present immigrants and also bars renting property to them. The referendum passed with 57% of the vote. Freemont joins Farmington, Texas and Hazleton, Pennsylvania in passing similar laws and, like those communities, is likely to have to defend the measure in court. Ordinance 5165 reads as follows: "Shall the City of Fremont, Nebraska, enact proposed Ordinance No. 5165, amending the Fremont Municipal Code to prohibit the harboring of illegal aliens or hiring of unauthorized aliens, providing definitions, making provision for occupancy licenses, providing judicial...

Once you start working as a trainer, you have violated H-1B status so that you must rely on the EAD for both the gym job and the Systems Analyst position. You must also use Advance Parole, not the H-1B visa, to return after travel.

...man so much noise...
I'm finding the same thing with my D2H. Take a look at the auto photo I attached earlier today for the noise in the shadows there - yuck. I've also seen an exposure shifting problem during any kind of motordrive and autoexposure. If I select manual mode it seems to go away. But I've examined shot sequences where EXIF data indicates identical Aperture and Shutter and yet there is a shift. I wonder if these things have that much production variance to cause noise and calibration problems like this.

what do other d2h shooters think?
thanks
